General Provisions

Any individual who has reached the age of majority, irrespective of nationality, religion, or social status, is eligible to become a client of the Company.

An individual shall be recognized as a Client, and thereby a party to these Agreements, only upon creating an account on the Company’s website and formally accepting these Terms.

Clients are not required to provide personal identification documents in order to register or access the Company’s services.

All interactions between the Client and the Company are considered private transactions. Participation by the Client is entirely voluntary.

By registering on the website, the Client acknowledges and accepts all provisions of this Agreement in full and without exception. Any individual who does not agree with these Terms must refrain from using the Service.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Agreements at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Such changes shall take effect immediately upon publication on the Company’s website.

In the event of a breach of these Terms by the Client, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Client’s account without refund.

The Registration Procedure

To utilize the service and make an account, you must register

Accurate and current personal information, including a working email address, must be provided by the client upon registration. A reset email will be sent to the registered address if the client forgets their password.

Customers are in charge of protecting the privacy of their login details and any other sensitive data connected to their account.

If a client purposefully or carelessly shares their login credentials with third parties, the company is not responsible for any unlawful account access.

The Client bears complete responsibility for the security of their authorization data and must prohibit third-party access.

Company personnel will never ask for a client's password. If such a request is received, the Client is required to report it immediately

Clients must notify the Company of any changes to their personal information on a timely basis.

Clients can request a password reset at no cost. Once completed, the Client will receive an email with a new password.

Each individual may only create one account. The Company maintains the right to suspend or terminate multiple accounts without recompense.

To withdraw money, the client must provide the company's administration with their payment details.

Payments & Withdrawals

The Company calculates and distributes returns in accordance with its published investment plans.

Clients may deposit funds into their accounts using any of the payment methods listed on the Company’s website.

Referral commissions are issued in the same currency used by the referred party at the time of deposit.

Referral commissions are not payable on deposits made from a referral’s internal account balance.

Clients may maintain and manage multiple active deposits simultaneously, provided they remain in compliance with these Terms.

All deposits are final. Clients are not entitled to request early withdrawal of the principal amount.

Profits may be withdrawn using the same e-currency employed for the initial deposit.

The Company shall not be held liable for errors arising from incorrectly provided payment information.

The Company reserves the right to deny service to any Client at its sole discretion.

Anti-Spam Policy

The Company enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against SPAM and any form of Unsolicited Commercial Email.
